The Children's Cabinet at Incline Village
The Children's Cabinet at Incline Village (CCIV) is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization providing low/no cost services to children and families living along the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Programs include youth development and education, case management and referral, counseling and psychiatry, parent education and the "Adopt-A-Family" program. CCIV also operates a thrift store, which offers new and pre-owned items at discounted prices. CCIV's mission is "Building Hope for Children and Families."
North Lake Tahoe Community Health Care Auxiliary
The North Lake Tahoe Community Health Care Auxiliary (NLTCHCA) is dedicated to improving community health on the North Shore. The members have volunteered over 75,000 hours at Incline Village Community Hospital as well as volunteering at numerous other community events. Since 1996, the Auxiliary has raised over $216,000 for equipment upgrades at the IVCH, $25,000 for the hospital remodel project, $60,000 for scholarships and $40,000 for community emergency medical funds. NLTCHCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Rotary Club of Tahoe-Incline
Rotary International is a world wide organization of business and professional leaders that provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps to build goodwill and peace in the world. In addition, the Morning Rotary Club of Tahoe-Incline provides financial support for a variety of community and international projects. "Service about self" is their belief.
